1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed once date, time, address, and package are agreed.
Bookings are held exclusively for the client for the agreed time.
Changes to booking details should be communicated as early as possible.
2. Packages & Image Selection
Clients select a package prior to the shoot.
Each package includes a set number of final, professionally edited images.
The photographer will curate and deliver the best images in line with the selected package.
Additional images beyond the package can be purchased at the agreed per-image rate.
Image selection and editing decisions are made at the photographer’s discretion to ensure consistency and quality.
3. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Priority delivery may be available for select packages.
Turnaround times begin from completion of the shoot.
4. Property Preparation
The property should be clean, tidy, and presentation-ready at the scheduled shoot time.
Minor straightening may be done at the photographer’s discretion; however, styling and decluttering are not included.
Items not prepared prior to the shoot may appear in the final images.
5. Weather & Lighting
Exterior photography is subject to weather and lighting conditions.
If conditions are unsuitable, exterior shots may be rescheduled or adjusted at the photographer’s discretion.
Interior photography proceeds regardless of weather unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions & Retouching
The service includes professional colour and exposure correction.
Minor adjustments may be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Extensive retouching, object removal, or compositing may incur additional fees.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice is accommodated where possible.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation or call-out fee.
No-shows or inability to access the property may be charged in full.
8. Fees & Payment
Invoices are issued upon delivery of images unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms are Net 7 / Net 14 (as stated on the invoice).
GST is charged where applicable.
Late payments may affect future bookings.
9. Usage & Licensing
Delivered images are licensed to the client for marketing and promotional use related to the property.
Images may not be sold, transferred, or used by third parties without permission.
The photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
10. Liability
Every reasonable care is taken during photography.
The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including access issues, weather, or property conditions.
Liability is limited to the value of the photography service provided.
11. Acceptance of Policy
Booking a photography service constitutes acceptance of this policy.
